Addressed to Modern Homes Ltd., Builders, ‘St. Andrews’, Serpentine Avenue, Ballsbridge, Dublin. States that number 40, 42, 44, 46, 48, 50, 52, 54, 56, 58, 60, 62, 64, 66, 68 and 70 Gilford Road, Sandymount, were, in the opinion of the City Architect, fit for human habitation when inspected on 19 February 1941.
