With index at the front and hand-drawn plan of reconstruction of organ (30 September 1926) and schedule of works to be completed by Telford & Telford, Organ Builders, 33 Charlemont Street, Dublin for the ‘cleaning and overhauling of organ in Ignatian Chapel, St Francis Xavier’s, Gardiner Street, Dublin (11 July 1944).

History of Kellet Schools

Handwritten history of the bequest (of Miss Anne Kellet, who died in 1811) which subsequently established the Kellet school on Dorset Street. After 'arson' in 1855, the school was repaired and was acquired by Fr Gaffney, where the St. Francis Xavier School was built.

Details times of mass and communion. Indicates that 'repeated violations of any of the above regulations particularly with regard to attendance at daily mass, will incur dismissal from the Service'. Letter from Mr Francis Bergin, Civil Engineer, Architect and Estate Surveyor to Fr William Delany SJ, 35 Lower Leeson Street, Dublin regarding architectural plans for University hall. Expresses his surprise at another set of plans being obtained from a different architect. Remarks ‘...in the course of my professional experience I never heard of a second architect being employed to furnish plans...without the knowledge of the man who was first engaged to do so.’. Remarks that he could have altered the plans to suit Fr Delany’s specifications and fears that his reputation may have been affected because of the incident.
