Memorandum concerning the Apostolic School, Mungret, County Limerick and the possibility of establishing a University College to enable the Apostolic Students to obtain a University Degree (Following the Irish Universities Act, the Royal University was dissolved and it became necessary for students to attend one of the constituent or affiliated colleges, Dublin, Cork and Galway of the new National University to obtain a degree). The memorandum suggests appealing for funds from America.

Includes reference to school grants (1921 - 1925); electric light (1921 - 1927) dividends from investments (1922 - 1925); rates insurance and rent payable (1922 - 1925); visitors and their length of stay and payment (1921 - 1926), weekly bills (1919 - 1921); Personal (1921 - 1922) at rear of volume.

Includes list of members of the board - no Jesuit involved. Note on front 'Has nothing to do with house but came to us probably through Fr A. O'Reilly. His uncle Canon Nestor was chairman at the end'. Index at rear of volume, and two inserts from parents outlining reasons for failure to send to school (1926).
