O'Connor, solicitor, 9 Clare Street, Dublin to Fr Patrick Kennedy SJ, Rathfarnham Castle, Rathfarnham, County Dublin concerning a portion of land held by William George Bailey under his own conveyance, rent free. Remarks that the rent on the land held by the Jesuits is incorrect and advises the correct amount.
