Describes the financial situation of the school. Remarks 'It will be an awful disgrace if we have to sell out...The full extent of the N.shore folly you can never understand unless you pay us a flying visit...you would hear a thousand stories...which...would thoroughly convince you that Fr Kennedy ought never be allowed to do parish work again'.
