Browne assigns unto John Hughes et al ground containing 11 perches being a portion of the premises comprised in and demised by a lease of 10 October 1845 to hold for the residue of the unexpired term of 99 years. Assigns two plots of land at the premises demised by a lease of 29 April 1853 to hold for the unexpired residue of 99 years. Assigns a plot of land demised by the lease of 20 May 1853 for the residue of the unexpired term.

Letter from Fr Charles Cuffe SJ, Milltown Park, Dublin to Irish Fr Provincial recommending John Creaven, an ex-student of St Ignatius College, Galway as a suitable candidate for the Society.

Letter from Fr Charles O'Conor SJ, Gonzaga College, Sandford Road, Dublin to Irish Fr Provincial concerning trees along the avenue marked to be felled. Remarks that it would be preferable if the trees could be cut down during the summer while the pupils were on holidays. Remarks that he would normally discuss such a matter directly with Fr Coyne or Fr Rector at Milltown 'But relations upon points of mutual interest between Milltown and ourselves have proved so delicate at times that it has seemed wise to lay the matter before your Reverence...'

Copy of a letter from Irish Fr Provincial James Tuite SJ, Milltown Park, Milltown, Dublin to Fr William Ronan SJ informing him that the Consultor's of the Province have decided that Mungret cannot be accepted under the conditions outlined.
