Typescript note, ‘The papers in this trunk were the property of General Sir Thomas Kelly-Kenny (born 1840) a native of Treanmannagh, Co. Clare and a relative of Father Matthew Devitt, through whom the papers came to Milltown Park on the General’s death’.
